This special offer is made in appreciaton for a 90 minute preview of Sedona Pines Resort. In order to qualify for your two free nights RV lodging or one night Cottage Lodging, you need to meet the follow qualifications. There is, off course no obligation to purchase.

The following conditions are required for acceptance of your two free night lodging & restaurant gift.

1. You are 25 years of age or older.

2. You are currently employed or retired with a combined or individual household income of $40,000 or more.

3. If married, both husband and wife must go on our tour together or your significant other.

4. You are attending our 90 minute tour that is being used for soliciting sales of vacation timeshare ownership.

5. Children under 12 are not permitted to accompany tour, but free childcare is provided.

6. You have not toured Sedona Pines Resort in the last 12 months.

7. Only one free lodging offer per family, per group, or per vehicle.

Cottage Lodging: One night lodging at no charge. 2nd night available for $49.95

RV Parking: Up to 2 nights with full hookups at no charge, plus a $50 gift certificate for dining at Sedona Pines Resort restaurant, Los Pinos'.
